Future Found Sanctuary, a five-star regenerative travel destination in Cape Town is launching a new series of Retreat Packages on September 13.
The Hout Bay property forms part of the Newmark Hotels & Reserves portfolio.
Future Found Sanctuary is launching the following retreat packages:
- Two-night Reset Retreat: Includes wellness assessments, garden walks, and optional hikes in Table Mountain National Park. Activities feature yoga, guided meditations, IV-drip therapy, and spa treatments, with meals consisting of seasonal juices, herbal teas and dinners under an outdoor pergola.
- Three-night Rejuvenation Retreat: Includes sage smudging, intention-setting journaling, garden walks, detoxing hammam treatments, cold-water immersion, yoga, guided meditation, optional spa treatments, a nutrition workshop, guided foraging, sunrise cacao ceremonies, Yin Yoga, leisure time in Cape Town, and a gratitude-practice sound journey. Dinners are served under the Granadilla pergola.
- Five-day African Horizon Retreat: Available upon request, featuring guided meditations, yoga, breath work, sound journeys, a sunrise Cacao ceremony, spa treatments, cold plunges, hammam exfoliations, beading workshops, African dance, drumming and journaling.
