The Bateleur Camp in Kenya’s Masai Mara, will begin refurbishments in November next year. The project will take over six months.
The guest tents at the camp will be completely rebuilt and refurbished, increasing in size to 97 square metres. They will have built-in day beds on private verandas, deep bath tubs and alfresco showers in the bathrooms.
Two swimming pools, a fitness centre and a massage sala will be added to the camp, as well as a new safari shop and coffee bar.
The guest areas at North Camp will be closed from November 15, while six guest tents at South Camp remain open until January 7, 2018. The entire camp will be closed from January 8 to February 28, 2018. The refurbishment of the entire camp will be completed by June 1, 2018.
