Bobo Campers is introducing a new vehicle, based on the Hilux Legend45 4x4 bakkie, to its fleet.
It will be launched at Indaba, which takes place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban from May 7-9. However, the first units will be available from February 15 from the company’s website.
The new vehicle will feature two roof tents, aluminium canopies, a dual battery system, on-board fresh water provision, an automatic gearbox, 4x4 gearing, second spare wheel and 40lt of extra fuel capacity.
Tim Bouwers, MD of Bobo Campers, said: “This vehicle will be similar to the standard 4x4 double cabs with roof tents that are provided by many rental outlets, but will have Bobo twist, placing it slightly above ‘standard’.”
