The Three Cities Riverside Hotel and Spa in Durban has completed the refurbishment of the porte cochère reception area, as well as all the rooms on the top floor. The property has been undergoing a phased renovation over the last 18 months.

“In January this year, work started on the rooms on the second floor and 16 of these will be complete by the end of March,” the hotel said. A further 28 rooms will go out of circulation in June and will be completed by the December holiday season.

The bathrooms and passageways will also be updated and given a more modern look.

“We chose to phase the refurbishment process to reduce disruption to our patrons,” said GM, Jerod Flaum.
