Eco-tourism and conservation brand, Singita, is to open a new luxury private exclusive-use villa, Singita Milele, in northern Tanzania. The villa, on Sasakwa Hill and overlooking the Serengeti, is expected to open in May next year.
Designed for large groups of friends or families, Singita Milele will accommodate up to 10 guests in five individually designed suites. The villa comprises a master bedroom suite, two other private suites (including a junior master suite), and a two-bedroom family suite tailored to suit adults with children.
Each suite will include spacious terraces, dressing rooms, outdoor showers, and views of the savannas below. The villa will offer an infinity pool with an adjacent Jacuzzi, as well as outdoor spaces such as a boma and outdoor sala.
Additional facilities will include a wellness treatment and fitness centre, a movie room for ten people, and a 'bar-deli' serving fresh meals throughout the day.
Activities will include unlimited game viewing with a private game vehicle, guided safari walks, community visits, and wine experiences. Children of all ages are welcome.
Guests can access the villa by flying into Singita Sasakwa airstrip in the Grumeti Reserve and then being driven to the villa. Singita is approximately an hour's flight from Arusha and an hour and 15 minutes from Kilimanjaro if a direct route is taken.
