The tourism industry is facing a difficult period and it is in these circumstances that businesses need to be mindful of each other’s common challenges.
Robben Island Management (RIM) is aware and mindful of the multiple travel sanctions affecting inbound travel. Therefore, RIM has taken a decision to not impose any rescheduling fees or sanctions on visitors or tour operators who wish to postpone their tour to a later date or as a worst-case scenario cancel tours.
